On June 23, 2025, Pentraze returned to the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) to present the talk “Bug Hunting 2025: Cybersecurity + AI,” an event that brought together students, professors, and technology enthusiasts in an auditorium filled with energy and excitement.

Organized in collaboration with the Software, Systems, and Cybersecurity Student Committee (CEISSC), the event combined academic learning with practical development in critical areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and Red Team operations.

Among the highlights was the debut of Rafael Batista, Junior Red Team Operator at Pentraze, and the participation of Carlos Garrido, Red Team Lead, who shared their experiences and inspired the new generation. The talk demonstrated how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing bug hunting, featuring practical cases and emerging tools that are transforming digital security. Attendees also had the opportunity to interact through live questions and receive practical advice on getting started in the discipline.

“Bug Hunting 2025: Cybersecurity + AI” reaffirms Pentraze’s commitment to academic growth and the development of local talent, showing that collaboration between industry and academia is key to meeting the challenges of modern cybersecurity.

We thank the CEISSC, the faculty, and all the students who made this event such an enriching and memorable experience.
